If you know someone in need of financial assistance, fill out the Referral Partner Agreement Form and get approved.

Refer a client

Once approved you can proceed to fill out the Client Referral form and start referring clients.

We will contact your referral to discuss the programs and send a fast Loan quote.

Loan process

If your referral is decided to proceed, we will start the Loan process.

Payment

Once the loan is closed you will receive your payment.

Client Referral Program Agreement

Rewarding you is Lending Specialty's way of saying "Thank you" for your partnership and introducing a client with a Real Estate Investment goal. As an invite only program, we identify and select industry leaders with clients who have investment opportunities.

We thank you for your referrals and giving us opportunity to close more deals.

How do I Refer a Client?

First you must get an approval after completing the Referral Agreement Form. Then once approved you may complete the Client Referral Form and wait for an email confirmation.

How do I get paid?

Receive 0.25% of the loan amount as the referral fee for the first loan for each client that will close a deal. You will receive payment the month after closed deal.

For example, you will receive payment in July for a referred loan that closed in June. Maximum referral payment per loan is $2,000.

Who can I refer?

You can refer a client that has not had an application with Lending Specialty for the last 24 months or closed a loan with Lending Specialty in the past.

You will not received referral compensation on any of your personal deals or any entity under your ownership from the past or present.

Lending Specialty advocates to preserve our referral relationship. However, the client has the right to request removal of the referring party in writing.

Disclosures

Referring Party recognizes that Lending Specialty is a direct lender which funds non-owner-occupied mortgage loans for real estate investors.

Referring Party is and shall be responsible for being in full compliance with Laws of the state in which the Referring Party transacts business.

Referring Party shall make prompt, timely, full, accurate, and truthful disclosures to Lending Specialty and prospective clients.

Referring Party is an independent contractor and shall not represent itself in any manner to be the agent, servant, employee, representative, partner, or co-venturer of Lending Specialty.

Referring Party acknowledges that they are current on any active Lending Specialty loans. Referring Party acknowledges that they have made Lending Specialty aware of any criminal convictions or current/pending civil/criminal actions.

Referring Party acknowledges that failure to disclose this information will result in removal from Lending Specialty's Referral Program, and forfeiture of any outstanding fees.

Referring Party shall not submit deals on behalf of a family member unless explicit permission from Lending Specialty has been obtained. Family members may always apply through standard retail channel.

Referring Party must make Lending Specialty aware if they have any interest in the transaction outside of acting as the Referring Party. Personal deals by the Referring Party will be priced at current retail pricing. Lending Specialty reserves the right to remove a Referring Party from a deal for any reason at any time, including upon request of the client.

Referring Party shall have no authority to solicit, bind, or commit Lending Specialty to any contract or transaction, whether for replacement of a loan or for any other purpose, and Referring Party shall not represent in any manner to anyone that Referring Party has such authority. Lending Specialty, in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect to accept or reject any mortgage loans submitted to it by Referring Party under Agreement.

Final approval of any mortgage loan is contingent upon satisfactory completion of Lending Specialty's underwriting of both the borrower and the subject property. Lending Specialty may terminate this agreement at any time. Lending Specialty may choose to alter the terms of this agreement at any time. The referral partner will be notified in writing of the changes and may choose to continue to participate or terminate the relationship.
