Not to apply. However, you will need a US bank account for the closing process and ongoing mortgage payments. We can help connect you with banks that work with foreign nationals to open an account during the loan process.

What documents do I need?

The primary documents are a valid passport, proof of funds for the down payment and reserves, and a credit report from your home country (if available). We do not require US tax returns, W-2s, or pay stubs.

Do I need to visit the US to close?

Not necessarily. We can facilitate remote closings through a power of attorney arrangement. However, some states may require in-person notarization. We'll guide you through the specific requirements for your transaction.
