How does the draw schedule work?

Construction funds are disbursed in stages (typically 4-6 draws) as work is completed. After each phase, we send an inspector to verify completion, and funds are released within 2-3 business days. You only pay interest on funds that have been drawn.

Do I need construction experience?

Yes, we require borrowers to have prior construction or development experience. However, if you're working with an experienced licensed general contractor, we can consider the combined experience.

Can I finance the land purchase?

Yes. We can finance the land acquisition as part of the construction loan, or refinance land you already own. The combined land and construction costs are subject to our maximum LTC guidelines.
