We finance multi-family properties starting at 5 units with no upper limit. Properties with 2-4 units are financed under our Long Term Rental (DSCR) program with different terms.

Do you offer non-recourse loans?

Yes, non-recourse financing is available for qualified borrowers and stabilized properties. Standard carve-outs apply. Recourse options are also available with more favorable pricing.

What occupancy rate is required?

We prefer properties with 75% or higher occupancy. For properties below this threshold, we can discuss bridge-to-permanent financing options with a clear stabilization plan.
