No. We have no minimum seasoning requirement for cash-out refinances. You can refinance shortly after purchasing or completing renovations, based on the current appraised value.

How much cash can I take out?

You can access up to 75% of the property's current appraised value, minus any existing liens. For example, on a property appraised at $500,000 with no existing mortgage, you could access up to $375,000.

Can I refinance a property I recently purchased?

Yes. With no seasoning requirements, you can refinance immediately after purchase. If the property has appreciated due to renovations, we use the current appraised value for the new loan amount.
